Core Machine

Core Machines are able to take plywood cores and precisely manufacture it into Landscape Timbers, and 4 x 4 Timbers. These machines control the core using pneumatics throughout the machine.

Mechanically set the heads to your desired tolerances on each of these specified products.

 

An option that can be Installed to the back of this machine is what we call a Single Saw VSA. This machine will give you the ability to split the cores in to 2 x 4 lumber.
